There is a product called Zeba which helps with water conservation which is used most often with new grass and sod cuttings. It is a granule which absorbs moisture from a watering and then will continue to feed from that one watering for 5 to 7 days. It saves money.
I read that Zeba holds about 400 times its own weight in water per granule so it sure would save on water and on the utility bill too. Many parks and recreation departments are starting to use it and find themselves cutting their budget in half in the long run. add a comment
