The rules are quite complex. However, if you are female you should at least be dressed in a long dress/skirt and your shirt should cover your elbows.

Dress in black, if you are a man. Both genders must dress modestly. Men and women attend separately. Wear your prayer shawl if you have one. Speak only well of the dead, share only good memories.

It depends on whether you are close family or not. If you are family, you will be asked to help with shoveling some dirt which is tradition.
