What is the difference between potato wheat and potato starch? Can both be used interchangeably?

Potato wheat? Um. That's like saying Banana Pear. Do you mean potato *flour*? If you do, then the answer is no. Potato flour and potato starch are from different processes and cannot be substituted with the same results.

Potato wheat is actually called potato "flour". They are noticeably different in taste and texture and you should not use them interchangeably as this will ruin many recipes. Potato starch is more similar to corn starch whereas the flour is much heavier.

Potato wheat,or potato flour,is comprised of dried potatos ground into a flour.It is very concentrated and cannot be used in the same proportions as potato starch.Potato wheat, in small amounts,lends moistness to baked goods,and can be made into cream pf potato soup.

Potato STARCH and Potato WHEAT are definitely two different things. Starches are found in more fatty substances, while wheat is a more natural form and actually quite good for you.
