First off, grain alcohol is a form of pure alcohol which has been produced by fermenting distilled grain. Propyl alcohol is a clear liquid, usually used as a germ killer.

Grain alcohol is abused as a substance to be inquire intoxication but Propyl alcohol is used as a tool to enhance certain products.
