The cost of a saturn header all depends on the year and model of the car. Also do you plan on getting a new or used part. Headers can range from one hundred dollors too six hundred dollors or more. It all depends on what you are after -new, used aftermarket etc..

It will vary depending on what year and what model Saturn you have. Newer and more expensive cars will have more expensive headers. Probably cost a few hundred dollars.
