Follow the upper radiator hose down towards the engine. Where it connects to the engine, there is a part that the hose slides over. This is the thermostat housing. Remove the hose here. Remove the bolts holding the housing on. You will see the thermostat, it is a round disc.

The location of the thermostat in a Chevy Blazer is often right next to the radiator. You ought to be able to locate it using your manual to see exactly in the engine where it is.

Well on most model it will be located under the thermostat housing. It should be at the top center on the front of the block.
