Keep all garbage, pet food etc tightly closed away. Skunks don't like to climb, so fencing is effective, but they can get through small openings. There's commercial repellents, and moth balls can help. Make VERY certain your pets have their rabies shots, skunks can carry rabies. Close up openings to crawl spaces, but if they're established you need a pro.

Skunks are nocturnal, so having a motion detecting light installed could help. They also cannot climb, so creating a barrier can also help. They can, however dig under a barrier. And make sure to cover anything that can attract them, such as uncovered garbage cans and left out pet food.
