The best way to lose love handles is to do oblique ab exercises such as "dead fish" or oblique v up.You lay on your right side with your body at a 30 degree angle, legs straight on top of each other, right arm on the ground, left arm on the back of your head, then lift your legs and shoulder off the ground.
