The best way is to learn and practice a certain technique, internet and books can help, but more important, is to have absolute cooperation of the subject to be hypnotized.

You must get the person in a relaxed state. The relaxation is the most important part because them there mind will be open to your manipulation. Once there are completely relaxed and there minds open , them you can begin feeding them instructions. Be careful though things can go wrong or they can wake up if u make a mistake.
