Yes and no. You could learn to hypnotize people with ease given practice. However most people don't know there is a range of how hypnotically prone people are. A basic psychology textbook can explain the process but keep in mind there are dangers if you are not a professional.

It is not proven that hypnosys realy works, but if you want to try it out the simplest thing that you can do is to invite someone and to focus on him. More precisely focus on one single area of him and imagine what you want from him. It should work after 5 mins. This is the simplest method.

You can only hypnotise willing participants. Contrary to everyone's belief, a person cannot be made to do anything that they do not want to do under hypnosis. If you genuinely want to learn how to hypnotise people, you will need to take a diploma course with an accredited education establishment and gain suitable insurance before you begin practicing.

Hypnotism is an act making of someone the highly mentally concentrated. Before you start, you have to tell the person you are about to hypnotize something they are going to believe when hypnotized. Then make them close there eyes and go somewhere with a nice thought. After making them relax they will trust you and do anything you say.
