The best way to hide an ear piercing from your parents would to be to grow your hair out to cover your ears. The second best way to hide an ear piercing from your parents would be to remove the earring whenever you are around your parents so they would not notice.

Here are a few suggestions: Cover it with a small band aid or use concealer make up. You could cover the piercing with your hair which depends of course on the length of your hair. You can also use the turn the other way method when your mom is around. Simply turn the opposite hear towards her.
