You pretty much just deal with her as you would a normal horse. You should put her on good feed so she's healthy. Don't exercise her too much especially towards the end of her pregnancy.

Feed her quality feed, free choice grass hay, and provide routine hoof care and vet care. Check with your vet about when to give gestation specific vaccinations. Do not overfeed- an overweight mare has a lot of trouble moving around in the late stages of pregnancy. Foals of obese mares tend to be smaller. Consult vet with any questions.
