Make the consequences clear (time out, loss of privilege, etc. ) then if it happens again, follow through. Do not engage or react. Just put the child in time out, etc.
When she acts that way put her in time out until she's willing to say she's sorry and ACTUALLY mean it. If she keeps it up start taking away things like T. V. time.
