use a sill plate sometimes called green plate. it is a treated wood that wont rot being up against the moisture of the concrete. use it as a bottom plate for your studs. then you can attach the plate between the studs with anchor bolts or concrete pins that are hard nails you can drive into concrete.

Make sure to paint the wall with DRYLOCK before trying to attatch the suds. Drill holes in the concrete where you want to attach the bottom plate for the studs. Concrete anchors keep the wall from moving. Drill a hole 3/8 with a concrete bit. Be sure to go through the plate and into the concrete. Good luck.

The best way to achieve this is to mark out where you want your studs placed. Then buy a lot of super glue. Simply squeeze a couple bottles in the spot where you want to place the stud, then stick the stud in the glue. Repeat this until your finished.

Place a 2 inch by 4 inch stud on the conrete. Attach to the stud 90 degree metal brackets at 14 inch intervals. Attach an upright stud to each metal bracket. Cross brace the upright studs. Shim the horizontal stud until it is level. Then attach the upright studs to the ceiling or an adjacent wall.

Laying a stud flat on the concrete using anchor bolts to secure it is the best. Drill 3/8 holes in the stud every 32 inches and use it as a template to drill into the concrete. Use a roto hammer to drill the concrete.

First drill holes with masonary bits inline with the studs. Next insert circular tubes which can be found at any hardware store. You can now line up the stud to the holes and secure. Or just use large masonary screws alone, they work but are not as sturdy

Secure "sill-plate"(s) to the concrete floor; Then wall-studs are attached to the sill-plates by either: 45-degree-"toe-nailing" or metal-framing-connectors. Sill-plates are usually secured by: Drill holes into concrete-floor, Install appropriate-expansion-anchors, then Secure sill-plate with bolts & flat-washers. In flood/storm-prone areas, often (storm-resistant) metal-framing-connectors are required by building-codes rather than toe-nailing.

Well the best way to attach the studs is to use sealer. Attach sealer onto the base of the stud and stick on.
