If you have very many blackheads, the best thing would be to go to a dermatologist and let him remove them. Just try to keep your skin as clean as possible.

Wash the blackhead area with warm water and anti-bacterial soap. Then, cover the blackead with a salicylic acid acne gel or cream.

The best way is to use blackheads removal strips available in the market. It has 0% side effect and cost effective too. Several kind of black head removal strips are available and it is our choice to choose the best one suitable for us. I used to use Green-tea flavoured strips. Strips give you very very slight pain.
