A woman usually has her menstrual cyle every 28 days. She is fertile midway through this cycle. Approximately 14 days prior to her due missed period she would have conceived.

Count back 128 days from the day of the birth. I estimated the day my daughter would be born exactly, by counting them from the day she was conceived.

It takes 9 months from conception until a baby is born. You can estimate that the date of conception was 9 months before the date of birth.
