As far as I know, the best way is to simply practice your English by reading materials in English, and eventually the knowledge of how a word should be spelled will become almost instinctive after you have seen it many times.

The best way to memorize the spellings of words is to write the word over and over on a piece of paper as you repeat the word out loud.
