My secrets are brown sugar and a splash of gravy master. This makes the sauce a little sweeter and richer looking. I also add meatballs, sausage, beef cubes, cut up chicken breast, and my favorite hard boiled eggs. I use Prego and everyone thinks I slaved all day.

8 lbs Roma tomatoes-Core and steam w/ 1T. salt and 3 shredded carrots until soft. Peel and puree. 2 t. minced garlic 1 1/2 c. Pasiano wine 2 1/2 T. Italian seasoning 1/2 T. onion granuals 1 can tomato paste Simmer until thick - about 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
