Ensure you strip your bed and vacuum the matress regularly. Use protective covers for the pillows. Ensure you wash bed linen frequently. Open windows to circulate air.

Eliminating them as much as possible from your environment. It takes some effort, but it can make such a big difference! Make sure that your water gets hot enough to kill the mites when doing the wash. There are also special allergy detergents that help keep them out after washing. Then wash everything. Often.

There are really only two things you can do for any allergy; Try to avoid places where it's abundant, and to take medications. Zyrtec works wonderfully, as does it's off-brands.
