Loreal Eye Highlighter is fairly inexpensive and works well. It is a pencil that comes in several different shades. At the other end of the pencil is a smudger that you can use to soften the pencil lines.

The best highlighter for eye is the mascara and an eye liner. When you apply the mascara on the hairs of yours eyes it looks dark in color and it will be nice to look. Eye liner can be applied as line on the top and bottom of the eye

If you are on a budget, use a white eyeshadow on your tearducts and on the browbone. If you can spend more money, I suggest Benefit's High Beam highlighter.

You can buy make up kits at any regular store for certain eye colors. They have eye shadows and liners that are meant to highlight your eyes depending on color.
