I would recommend using some febreeze, an air conditioner is also really good if you have dehum as an option. If all fails light a candle.

To get rid of the smell of marijuana, try stuffing some dryer sheets into a paper towel roll and blowing your smoke though it. This is called a mute.

Febreeze works quite well to get rid of the smell, as does the smoke of a ciggarette to cover up the weed.

The best air purifier is activated carbon, you would need to set this up with a fan and blow all the air through it to the outside. Good luck.
