Bears are considered large predators and thus will eat elk and moose. However they also eat alot of carrion which help keep the forest clean.

Depends on the type of bear, but they are omnivores that scavenge and hunt, and when large, have very few predators outside of humans.

Bears are omnivores (like us humans). That means they can live on fruits and vegtebales as well as fish or meat. Their niche is dependant on the local ecology. They will eat whatever is easily available.

Bears should have their own niche. A community is a dangerous place for a bear to live. It is dangerous for the bear and the people who live there.
