Great danes can have somewhat complicated pregnancies. The pregnancies are complicated by the fact that they have very long and slender bodies.

Pregnancy i slight for great danes because of these reasons 1.Their body is easily adaptable to any stress or strain

The approximate age of pregnancy in great danes is unsure but age of fertility is like for pregnancy. If it is pregnant it goes into heat again or dogy puberty.

Great dane's are enormous dogs and give birth to large litters. The gestation period last about an average of 63 days. After giving birth, the great dane may not have enough milk for the litter and will push aside certain pups.
