Should I be concerned about pain when I push on my chest.

I don't know if this is heart burn or not.

Absolutely yes. Chest pains should be immediately referred to a doctor. There are many reasons for that matter and we should not take medicines without proper prescription from a doctor.

If you feel pain while pushing the chest, it may not be due to heart burn. A specific reason cannot be pointed out for this problem. It may be due to formation of gas. You are so afraid of heart problem so better to consult a Physician and clear doubt.

Your symptoms are more suggestive of a musculo-skeletal pain. This is usually due to a little sprain or strain or overexercising. An injury could also cause these symptoms. Heartburn symptoms are much deeper, not related to pushing and more related to eating food, food timings and posture (more when lying down).
