It sounds like you have too many things running. Your system is running low on memory. You could upgrade the RAM in your computer, this would fix the problem.

There are two major possibilities to get the above said error. There may be a problem in your RAM that it may not provide sufficient physical memory to your programs. There is a wide chance that, "zoom factor" may be increased accidentally to more than 100% which may affect the graphic properties and may be the cause for the problem.

This error message tells that Excel is asking more "resources" than your computer can offer. There can be numerous reasons for this and it is difficult to point out one specific one. When you start to get these errors, the best thing to do is to reboot your computer.

Excel uses alot of cpu power/memory. On some larger calculations, vast amounts of memory is being used. You should max out your ram, ram now days is very cheap. Also you should close out any other programs you have open while doing the calculations.

This simply means that the document you are working on cannot find enough RAM on your computer to properly store the documents information. Get more RAM or load smaller documents.

It means that your computer memory is full. It could be the size of the file, or you may have too many other applications running at the same time. First try closing other programs that are running, but you don't need. If that doesn't help, look into adding RAM to your computer.
