Gynecomastia is the abnormal enlargement of one or both breasts in men. This condition is rather common in adolescent boys. Ninety percent of the time the systems disappears but the remaining ten percent have to suffer with shame and embarrassment. Gynecomastia can be emotionally devastating. There are several causes: genetic disorder, Gilbert's syndrome, obesity and tumors to name a few.
