Cuching's Syndrome is a group of symptoms caused by increased levels of cortisol or its derivatives in the bloodstream. They can be either endogenic or extrogenic (from drugs). The symptoms include 'the buffalo hump', round face, thining of the skin, purple striae mainly of the trunk, hisutism, and proximal muscle weakness. Cushing's Syndrome can predispose to diabetes and hypertension.

Cushing's syndrome is an overabundance of cortisol in the body. It may be due to a tumor or exogenous corticosteroids or other causes. It is characterized by abdominal striae, abnormal fat distribution and other symptoms.

A disorder from prolonged exposure or your body producing oo much of the hormone cortisol to the body tissue. Symptoms may include weight gain especially around your abdomen, fatigue, muscle weakness, and rounding of the face.

Cushing's syndrome is an adrenal gland disorder that leads to the body excreting excessive cortisol. This leads to there being too much cortisol in the bloodstream. There are several causes, including a pitutitary tumor (or other tumors that secrete ACTH), or failure of the adrenal gland.
