Well vintage is a pretty loose term. I would say that a true "vintage" vehicle would be a minimum of 25 years old.

Hondas, as well as all other vehicles and older collective items, become "vintage" when they hit the twenty-five and older age. As of this year, a 1985 Honda is vintage.

The average acceptable age in most states for a car to be an antique or "vintage" is 20 years old.
