What is causing the lump under my rabbit's neck?

It could be a tumor or some kind of skin growth. It should be checked by a vet to make sure it's nothing serious. If it is a tumor, it would need to be checked to see if it's cancerous or not. The lump could also be an abscess if something has poked your rabbit recently.

It could be an abscess. You should have the rabbit checked by an exotic vet. If it is an abscess, it can be drained.
