Try changing th oil. And also check whether there is enough water in your radiator. Usually there might be some leak in the radiator due to bumping on roads and all the water will be drained. Also add coolant oil to the radiator water.

Low coolant. Open the hood and look for the plastic coolant overflow tank. On this tank should be two levels marked hot and cold. The level in the tank should correspond with the two markings, depending if the engine is hot or cold.

A number of things will cause this. A coolant leak is possible as well as a clog in the radiator. Poor water in the water pump can also cause over performance.
