The symptoms your dog is having are probably due to an allergy the dog has and should be taken to the vet in order to discern what type of medication or treatment is necessary. The dog might also have a nasal infection or something has been placed in the dog's nose that shouldn't be there.

Your dog might be suffereing from allergies. It is common for a dog to have these symptoms if they are suffering from an allergice reaction. Check with your vet.
