The two most common diseases of blue spruce are Cytospora Canker of Spruce and Rhizosphaera Needle Cast. Both are caused by fungal infections. Trees that are subject to environmental stresses are more prone to get these infections. The best disease controls are good location and maintaining the health of the trees.

Is a disease caused by a fungus, this fungus lives in the roots of the tree and is very difficult to eradicate, the only solution is take off the complete tree and to reject the soil around him because this soil have the fungus, unfortunately the tree can't be save.
