In Christianity, "being spiritual" relates to the Holy Spirit. It is believed the HS intercedes through prayer to God. One receives the HS upon belief in Jesus as personal Savior.

Spiritual is a general term that means you are focused on matters of the spirit, and not just the physical. It might mean that you believe in God.
