The best way to have a six pack is to strengthen your abdominal muscles. There are specific exercise machines at health clubs for that or you can do it at home on your own. The home exericise is leg lifts. Lay flat on your back. Raise your ankles 6 inches off the floor and hold it there. Increase repetitions daily

The best workout would be to do a session of situps. These should be performed every day for at least 10 minutes. Don't do the same ab exercises each time as your body will become used to them and will no longer be a challenge. Ensure you also incorporate cardiovascular exercise each day if you want a six pack.
