What is a "special purpose computer"?

A special purpose computer is a computer that is built for one single or a group of related purposes. The very first computer (eccelon) was built for the sole purpose of translating encoded messages. If you are told to build a special purpose computer, you need to build a computer that is very good at one job.

It depends what is the purpose... If I want a computer that I want to play pc games then it should be one with a very good graphic's card. If the purpose is graphics design then you need again a very good and powerful graphic's card and a processor.
