Social Sciences include a list of study including Communication, Anthropology, Economics, Cultural studies, Sociology, Criminology, Development studies, Social work and Social psychology to name a few. Social science is a group which studies human aspects of the world in which we live. Social Science works with scientific methods to reach understanding in place of alternative means like art or humanities.

Social sciences have to do with studying a population of people (or, a social setting). An example of social sciences could be: Sociology, Social Work, Humanities, Public Relations, and Psychology. These are the careers/college majors that study social situations.
