What is a Lightforce fire truck?

By what I have researched, a Light Force is not a truck, but a unit, comprised of truck company and an engine, that is the Los Angeles FD definition. There's a lot of information on the web detailing the training for a Light Force crew.

Light Force is high concept firefighting and brings an approach to treating patients, fire and other emergencies with an all-out effort.
