Wrestling is a sport that requires a combination of strength and stamina. Therefore, the best regimen is mixing a cardiovascular workout with weight training activities. You should alternate between activites such as running and jump rope with other activites such as free weights. Finally, always pair exercise with a healthy and nutritious diet.

One that works everything from strength to speed to endurance and everything else. I recommend one that is CrossFit or Gym Jones based. Look for a nearby CrossFit gym.

Do a lot of cardio, and a lot of upper body strength conditioning exercises (bench press, should press, flies, bicep curls, etc.)

Wrestlers need to be strong, but they also need endurance, so it is a good idea for them to incorporate a lot of cardio in with their strength training regimen.

A good workout regimen for a wrestler? Lots of cardio to make sure you have the endurance to go through your matches. You should also throw in weighlifting to get your strength up. ide say cardio 3-4 times a week and same with weightlifting. dont neglect body parts while lifting.
