First I would get a floor plan of the room or ask the owner whats the square footage of the room then divide it by the amount the room cost.

I use to do estimates for a plumbing contractor. You need to make a materials list, then price out everything on the materials list. Then Price out the labor of whoever is doing the labor. Once yo have that done, add on an additional 500.00 dollars for mess ups.
