Your best bet would be "consumer reports". They take and review everything, and let you know what the best thing you should buy for the amount of money that you wan to spend. if you are unsure about what to buy, then read consumer reports to get an idea as to what reviews are out there.

Home Depot is the best place to go to since they helped me revamp my bathroom and kitchen to the way I had imagined I wanted it to look like.
