Hells Bells it starts slow when you are getting on the field but by the time the teams are ready to kickoff the song is jamming and has you pumped

One that I've heard at games and that I think is perfect is AC/DC's "For Those About to Rock". It's a loud and classic rock song and it helps get the fans involved. That song is directed at the fans, so it gets them into the game before it starts.
