Anything you use during pregnancy is hit or miss as each person is different and unique. Make sure that anything you use is very light weight starting out. There are several options available at your local drug stores from neutrogena to Oil of Olay. You can also try more specialty items at higher end stores or even try Mary Kay.

I think you'll be fine as long as the cream doesn't contain any retinoids in it which isn't safe for pregnant women. If you aren't prone to acne even cocoa butter or a moisturizer that's lanolin based would work well otherwise you may want to stay with something noncomedogenic.

Cocoa butter and Shea butter based lotions are great to use all over your skin during pregnancy. From head to toe they help moisturize and prevent dark blotches, they also decrease visibility of stretch marks by increasing the elasticity in your skin.

Any name brand should work. I recommend Jerkins from my pregnancy, but I hear that the cocobutter brand is also good. Good for strechmark preventing too.

It is better to use a branded moisturizer with vitamin E added. It will solve skin dryness. Also keep your skin texture in mind that certain skin type doesn't accept cream based products. Also there is no relationship between cream applied in face and pregnancy.

If you are pregnant, you want to use natural or organic products that do not contain chemicals. These can be found at a health store. A helpful moisturizer that is natural and you probably have around the house is olive oil. Just rub a small amount on the dry areas.
