What is a good diabetic cardiac diet?

I need foods good for both diabetes and heart conditions.

A good diet for someone with both diabetes and cardiac problems can be found at the American Heart Association site and search for the Healthy Heart Diet. Simple sugars need to be eliminated and do not add any table salt. Fresh produce is great and lots of low fat protein.

ok diabiatics must mantain a certain level of sugar in their system and people with heart conditions must keep it low salt, low fat and low colestorol. i would recommend non oily fish with steamed vegetables. avoid fried food, do not add sugar, salt, oil, butter or fat to food.
