Glioblastoma Multiforme Grade IV is the most common, most aggressive primary brain tumor. A Grade IV brain tumor causes new blood vessels to form, which helps maintain its rapid growth. Glioblastoma Multiforme occurs in all age groups. Symptoms of Glioblastoma Multiforme include headaches and seizures; the causes are unknown. It is slightly more common in men than in women.
