A Floating shelf is a design shelf, u don't see any support brackets because they are inside the shelf. So u don't see a visible support bracket.

A floating shelf is a shelf that is used in interior decorating. It is called a floating shelf because of the way it is attached to the shelf. It uses only internal connections so there are no exposed brackets holding up the shelf. This allows the shelf to appear as is it is floating on the wall.
