In today's technological age, much of the interviewing process is done through use of technology. A "face interview" is one of the final steps in the hiring process, allowing one to show the company their personality and potential.

A face interview is when the person being interviewed engages in a meeting with an interviewer for the potential position. This allows for each person involved to see and assess the other visually, as opposed to either a telephone or online interview where the assessment is done either by words or by voice only conversation.
