Christians are people who believe in Jesus Christ. They believe he existed and came to deliver people from being punished for their sins in their afterlife and you accept this by faith in believing. There are scriptures to back this up,( the Apostle Paul's gospel. ) Pagans believe in other gods and goddesses which are the deceptions of Satan.

A Christian is a person who believes that by nature, all people have sinned, and we need to be restored to a right relationship with God. We come to right relationship through faith in Jesus, Who died and rose again that we could be forgiven. We must repent of sin.

The term Christian generally refers to a monotheist who believes Jesus Christ is their lord and salvation, using the New and Old Testament as their bible. Pagans on the other hand are polytheistic and therefore believe in multiple dieties that correspond to different aspects of nature and existence.
