5-MeO-DMT--or 5-Methoxy-dimethyltryptamine--is an extremely powerful hallucinogenic drug. It's not active orally, unless taken with a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI)--but it is unusually powerful if smoked. The effects generally last between 10 and 30 minutes. 5-MeO-DMT was recently made into a Schedule 1 drug in the U.S., although it's naturally found in the human brain, and in many other species.

This is a Hallucinogenic. It is supposed to be one of the most powerful drug know to men. Your Son is apparently abusing this medication to high and hallucinate. I would seek immediate treatment for him from a counselor specializing in drug abuse.
