You will need their name, middle name, and current last name. It's essential to have their date of birth, and where the person(s) reside at. It is extremely important to have more information on the person that you are trying to look up, because having not enough could mean an unsuccessful search.

You need the basics -- name, address, social security number, driver's license, date of birth, etc. Interestingly enough, for a state background check you also need the written permission of the subject. Fees will vary from state to state, but you can probably expect to pay around $25 - $30.

Well you basically need to know the person's biographical information and the places they have worked and the school's they attended. It costs about 100 bucks.
