A headache located in the back of the lower head and neck is generally associated with stress. However, if your headache is pinpointed higher or in a particular location not on the neck, it could be due to a contusion, bruise, or a pressure in the particular location. If it is extremely severe, see a doctor.

Headache types vary so much, but I know from experience that when I get a headache and it moves to the back of my head into the neck area it is going to be a strong migraine. It is something that you will want to speak to a doctor about as there are lots of medicines out there

If headache is right back on ones head then it may be due water accumulated in the head this may be when one takes head bath and never wipes the water off. This is the effect of the nerves only. First apply balm and keep hot water fermentation there will be relief if not consult a doctor.
